The inspiration for this series of flowers came from the labeled rental cottages in N. Truro along Cape Cod Bay as you approach Provincetown. The structures are more than just cabins named after flowers, since they contain more than 70 years worth of vacationing spirits. All the paintings were rendered in oil on 20” x 16” canvas board.
